See how to flavor icing without watering it down or getting that yucky 

taste using gel flavors or alcohol based extracts. Our flavor powders use 

powdered sugar as the flavor carrier so it becomes part of your icing.  

Flavor powders are pre-measured to take the guesswork out 

of the recipe. Use one packet per 3 pounds (6 cups) icing. 

Strawberry, banana, coconut, cheesecake, raspberry, lime, 

margarita, lemon, chocolate, coffee, and grape just to name a few! 

Currently 28 flavor powders are offered and we are adding more.

Flavor powders are also available in bulk bags for those who do a 

lot, each bag flavors 5 gallons of icing.

Below is a how to video of our bright white 

buttercream icing. Use any icing recipe and just add flavor 

powder in place of the same amount of powdered sugar. For 

example, if you use 2 ounces of powdered flavor, then use 2 

ounces less powdered sugar to have the same consistency 

in your recipe. It’s easy!
