Sage green fondant is a light mixture of the primary colors red,
yellow, and blue. This color is found naturally in many plants, trees,
and of course the sage brush.
Use for fondant leaves, stems, shrubs, grass, and other sage theme
decorations. Match sage colors with edible ribbons, bows, pearls,
cutouts, and other fondant highlights.
Sage is also used to marble with dark green, gray, and black to
produce a nice camouflage color for army and hunting theme cakes.
